Job Overview
Rogue bartenders perform beyond standard beverage order taking duties, they share unique beer drinking experiences with guests through their knowledge of Rogue’s craft beer & spirits story.
The essence of the Rogue brand is about experiencing enjoyment through beverage. The Rogue Pub Experience showcases our handcrafted ales & spirits alongside complimentary food and an engaging positive guest and employee environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Maintain the draft beer system – gas, keg changing, line cleaning, etc.
- Entertain guests while expertly sharing the details of Rogue beers & spirits, food menu, company history, innovation, Rogue Farms, etc.
- Expertly craft cocktails using Rogue recipes and standard cocktail recipes
- Warmly welcome guests to our pubs
- Provide a helpful and hospitable experience to all guests
- Effectively execute the Rogue Cycle of Service
- Communicate effectively with peers & managers in order to successfully serve guests
- Adherence to cleanliness standards & safety protocols
- Help ensure the success of pub hosted events; annual events & ongoing promotions
- A positive attitude and ability to work with hustle consistently
- Willingness to jump into special guest service projects as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications
Experience: 1 year working knowledge of restaurant flow, guest service / hospitality; previous bartending experience
Required skills: good communication, attention to detail, willingness to learn
