Field Sales Manager – West Portland Metro

The Role

We're on the hunt for a Field Sales Manager to grow Rogue's sales, presence, and brand visibility in the Portland Metro area and beyond. You'll be at the front line, leading our distributor relationships while executing strategic programs that expand our reach in both national accounts and key local and regional chains along with selling to On Premise accounts.

As a key player in our home market, you'll be both a leader and mentor, driving results while fostering an energetic, team-oriented culture. You'll represent Rogue's voice on the ground, collaborating with our distributors and inspiring sales teams to hit—and exceed—their goals.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our distributor partners, serving as a true partner in their success.
  • Educate and motivate distributor sales teams to grow Rogue's visibility and presence.
  • Execute national account programs, ensuring chain planners and display programming are implemented flawlessly.
  • Secure placements and drive sales programs in local and regional chain accounts while building relationships with key buyers and managers.
  • Continue to grow our On Premise sales buy building relationships with buyers.
  • Conduct regular visits to retail accounts to ensure we're front and center on shelves and tap handles.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 1 years of experience managing a distributor network in the alcoholic beverage industry.
  • Proven experience in sales to a wholesaler network.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills—able to turn data into action.
  • A passion for craft beer, spirits, and connecting with people.
