As the CNC Machinist you will support part setup in our Machining Department, including producing machined parts by programming and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine.

- Pay range $35/hr - $45/hr based on experience
- Additional 10% premium for 2nd Shift and additional 5% premium for 3rd Shift
- Rogue Team Members eligible to receive Quarterly Bonus*
- Setup and operate CNC machines in a safe manner to perform machine functions on metal work pieces
- Take apart and reverse engineer parts
- Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures
- Mount, install, align, and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and work pieces on machines, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments
- Stop machines to remove finished work pieces, or to change tooling, setup, or work piece placement, according to required machining sequences
- Monitor machine operation and control panel displays, and compare readings to specifications in order to detect malfunctions
- Clean machines, tooling, and parts, using solvents or solutions and rags
- 5-10 years CNC machining/programming experience
- Fixture building experience is required
- Must read G-code and have CNC programming experience
- Must have a positive attitude and work well with others
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required
- Must be able to lift 80 pounds
- Experience reading engineering drawings to quality check work is required
