Responsibilities:
Supervises, motivates and assigns responsibilities to team members
Uses Workday to maintain timecards, time off requests, and other team member recordkeeping
Monitors team member attendance, productivity, and other performance markers. Provides counseling to team members, as required
Recommends changes in procedures to improve the operating efficiency of the unit
Enforces all company work and safety rules
Familiar with company policies and procedures, including human resources policies
Educate direct reports to be able to operate independently and cohesively from other Manufacturing departments
Ability to produce parts with hand tools or machine to exact specifications
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rogue products
Qualifications:
3 - 5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Must have manufacturing leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
Must be able to lift 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet
Must be familiar with various hand and power tools
Available to work overtime - (Saturdays and/or longer hours)
Attention to detail and must be alert to quality issues
