Duties
- Oversee daily operations.
- Manage staff recruitment, and training to foster a productive work environment.
- Monitor supply levels and manage ordering of supplies to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular staff meetings with owner to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and encourage team collaboration.
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with owner to implement strategies for growth.
Requirements
