What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lease Operators - Pumper position at Rogue Industrial Group?
Rogue Industrial Group is looking for hardworking Lease Operators for permanent assignments. Full time, 10 / 4 Rotation, $30-$39 / hr depending on experience. Includes company truck, gas card and benefits. Tools and three sets of FR clothing included upon hire.
Duties include but are not limited to :
- Able to handle Central Production Facilities in Addition to their Routes
- Handle troubleshooting in addition to Data Collection on Wells and Batteries
- Ability to get to location in an Hour or Less for Call Out Work
- Heavy Experience with Gas Lift, Plunger Lift, and DEHY units is a plus
- Troubleshooting jet pumps is a plus
- Reading and recording all needed meter readings
- Comfortable with Production Software
- Leading by example in areas such as EHS, maintenance (including picking up litter on privately owned leases) and record keeping
