Title: Lease Operator
Schedule: 10/4 (10 days on, 4 days off)
Hours: 12 hr days
Pay: $30- 45
Hierarchy Breakdown:
Reports to: Directly to Production Foreman
Works Directly Alongside: All Production team and Mechanics on location to resolve relevant troubleshooting issues.
*** Please Be Aware this is not an “Office” Position, This Position is a “Field” Position***
Rogue Industrial Group is currently seeking Lease Operators for assignment in the Permian Basin with GAS LIFT, VRU, VRT, ESP, and PUMPJACK experience.
Lease Location: Service Area Monahans Tx. Area
Lease Operator will have the Knowledge and Ability to Perform the Following:
- Able to handle Central Production Facilities in Addition to their Routes
- Handle troubleshooting in addition to Data Collection on Wells and Batteries, these are hands on positions
- Ability to get to location in an Hour or Less for Call Out Work
- Heavy Experience with Gas Lift, and Plunger Lift
- ESP, Pumping Unit, VRU's, and Triplex Pump Experience is a plus
- Reading and recording all needed meter readings
- Comfortable with Scada and Production Software
- Leading by example in areas such as EHS, maintenance and record keeping
- DEHY units is a plus
Top Focus of this Position:
- This person will work alongside Production Foreman and/or Field Mechanic team to effectively resolve any issues on units and relevant production equipment in the field.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 2 years Lease Operating experience is required
- 2 years’ experience operating GAS LIFT, VRU, VRT, ESP, and PUMPJACK systems
- DEHY Experience desired
- Ability to provide at least three professional references
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- knowledge of production equipment
- APPLICANTS MUST LIVE WITHIN 70 Miles of Crane/Odessa, TX area
- Able to drive around 300 miles/day
- Must have experience with (pumping units, plunger lifts, gas lifts, ESP’s, VRU’s, and VRT’s)
- Necessary computer documentation and data entry daily
- Must be willing to undergo Background check and driving record check
- Must be able to pass DOT drug screening
