PAY RANGE: $17.41 - $22.64 hourly
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Elementary Library Tech will create a supportive learning environment for our students through the management of our school library. The Library Tech’s responsibilities include developing a collection of resources suitable for the school community, assisting students and staff in using library resources effectively, and promoting a love for reading and learning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of postsecondary study or an associate’s (or higher) degree or a passing score on a state or local academic assessment test.
- Typing/computer skills necessary
- Demonstrate aptitude for the work to be performed
- Knowledge of Library operations
