About the Role
We are seeking an experienced sales and marketing professional to join our team as an Online Sales Specialist. As a key member of our online sales team, you will be responsible for managing online sales and marketing initiatives, qualifying and managing leads, and providing consistent follow-up to online leads.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all email and chat leads
- Qualify each lead based on their needs
- Provide information and marketing materials to leads, along with other important selling points of each community
- Work with each lead to determine the best community and floor plan
- Utilize lead management software on a daily basis
- Track and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratios
