Online Sales Specialist (Friday β Monday)
We are seeking a highly motivated Online Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing online sales and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage online sales and marketing initiatives
- Qualify and manage leads and customer requests for new homes
- Respond to email, phone, and chat leads
- Provide consistent follow-up to online leads with the goal of setting an appointment with Onsite Sales Agents
- Provide information and marketing materials to leads, along with other important selling points of each community
- Determine the best community and floor plan for each lead
- Utilize lead management software on a daily basis
- Track and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratios
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent/Bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, or customer service
- Proven email and phone communication skills
- Customer-focused and personable
- Sales contact/lead management database experience
- Solid organizational and planning skills
- Able to learn and follow proven sales process
- Experience in homebuilding industry a plus
