Job Title: Workday Integration Consultant
Location: Remote (W2 Only)
Duration: Long-term

Job Description:
IBM is looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to join their dynamic team. This is a remote W2 opportunity for professionals skilled in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations, particularly within the HCM, Compensation, and Payroll modules. You will play a critical role in full lifecycle integration delivery and serve as a key advisor on Workday best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications:
Proven hands-on experience with Workday:

HCM Core
Compensation (Core & Advanced)
Payroll Modules
PECI.. Payroll effective change interface - Development in integration experience
Proficiency in Workday integration tools:
Workday Studio
EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)

Core Connectors
Strong understanding of Workday integration architecture
Experience with SOAP and REST APIs
Track record of supporting clients through the entire integration lifecycle
Expertise in integration testing, data validation, and transformation logic
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Workday certifications (HCM or Integration preferred)

Experience working with enterprise clients or consulting firms

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

Previous client-facing experience

Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (product owners, architects, analysts)

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy Workday integrations

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements

Maintain and optimize existing integrations

Provide expertise on integration best practices and troubleshooting

Manage documentation, timelines, and project milestones

Serve as the primary point of contact for integration support and communication
