Commercial Renovation Superintendent Manager

Rohan Commercial Contracting is a leader in commercial renovation projects, delivering superior quality and service. We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Renovation Superintendent Manager to oversee and manage the daily onsite operations of our projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Responsibilities:

Project Oversight

• Manage daily onsite operations, ensuring work aligns with project plans and timelines.
• Communicates priorities to site staff and all subcontractors, serving as the primary leader for the construction project.
• Conduct pre-job walkthroughs with clients and team members to define scopes of work.
• Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and onsite logistics.

Team Leadership

• Supervise field personnel, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Provide clear direction and support to onsite teams.
• Address and resolve onsite issues promptly.

Client Interaction

• Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates on progress.
• Conduct meetings to review project schedules, changes, and expectations.

Project Management

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, permits, and project specifications.
• Submit required reports and documentation daily to project managers and leadership.
• Ensuring that the proper methods and sequence of installation are followed to avoid change orders, making and following through with schedule commitments, while maintaining quality standards.

Safety & Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Skills & Expertise:
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Expertise in managing multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural plans and specifications.
• Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years in construction site supervision or project management (Required).
• Experience in commercial renovations is highly preferred.
• Education & Relocation:
• Ability to commute reliably to Virginia or relocate before starting.
