">We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales engineer and account manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding our presence in established and existing accounts.

- Understand customer needs and identify how Rohde & Schwarz products can provide technical solutions ">
- Create new business opportunities and expand Rohde & Schwarz brand awareness in new and existing customers ">
- Effectively demonstrate and communicate how Rohde & Schwarz products can best solve the customers' measurement/application problems ">
- Grow the R&S market share and exceed quota ">
- Develop and manage a strong sales funnel ">
- Provide input and feedback to product marketing, service, and development groups on customer product and application requirements ">
Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">• 10 years of technical sales experience, preferably in the test industry
• A deep understanding of current electronic industry technologies (aerospace and defense technologies a plus)
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer interface skills
• The ability to travel throughout the territory with some possible out-of-territory/international travel
• Experience in managing large and complex accounts
• An existing and active network of productive relationships within the strategic account
• Account management knowledge and experience selling into Government Prime contractor community is highly desired
