What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Specialist- 2nd shift position at Rohrer Corporation?
- Maintain all main traffic aisle ways.
- Tasks include sweeping, removal of scrap, and broken pallets. After floor has been swept, inaccessible areas that cannot be reached with the walk behind floor scrubber will be mopped.
- After adding a degreaser, disinfectant agent to the water in the scrubber per instructions the walk behind floor scrubber will then be utilized for all remaining main traffic aisle ways
- Walls that are not included in the 6-S program, will be maintained on a regularly scheduled basis and documented upon completion of such task
- Ceilings that are not included in the 6-S program will be maintained by removing dust and webbing including light fixtures, brackets, beams, pipes, etc. (any place dust and webbing is observed). This task will be documented on completion.
- Painting an touch up painting will be included as part of job duties
- The outside facility grounds are also to be maintained as part of the overall plant sanitation/ housekeeping job descriptions and duties.
- Outside areas are to be kept tidy of all debris
- All other duties as assigned.
