We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of our Service Center at Honda.
Responsibilities
- Maintain organized stock levels, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and displays are appealing.
- Fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring a smooth order fulfillment process.
- Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers over the phone.
- Support dealership operations by collaborating with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for inventory management as needed.
Experience
- Working in a union environment
- Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain an orderly work environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
- Experience with order fulfillment processes is a plus.
- A background in dealership operations or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
