Full service company specializing in heavy equipment maintenance and repair, supporting the coal and oil and gas industries.

Summary of Position

Rebuild Technician is responsible to perform maintenance, complete disassembly, inspection and rebuild of various driveline components. These components include transmissions, axles, gear boxes etc.

Job Responsibilities

  • Clean and inspect various components to remove dirt, grease and debris.
  • Disassemble mechanical components to access individual components, documenting the process for reassembly.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, and undercarriage.
  • Conduct equipment inspections and make necessary repairs to ensure vehicles are in compliance.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with company and MSHA/OSHA standards.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • 1-3 years’ experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair
  • Must be able to pass a random drug screen and background check, as well as be fit for duty as required by FMCSA/DOT.
  • Position is full time, and overtime may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
