Requirements:
- Background in marketing or appointment scheduling, preferably in the construction or home remodeling industry.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality industries is advantageous! (especially if lacking direct marketing or scheduling experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and trust with clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a dedication to surpassing marketing goals and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Self-driven and proactive, capable of working independently and managing time efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license and consistent access to reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador for ROI Construction to inquiring customers, effectively conveying our company's advantages, core values, and exclusive offerings to set up sales staff to secure business and cultivate lasting client relationships.
- Qualification and Data Entry: Sift through inquiries diligently with pointed and planned questions in order to accurately ensure that scheduled appointments meet company standards and requirements. (Job scope details, ownership, etc.)
- Marketing Initiatives: Coordinate and execute marketing strategies to nurture existing leads and referrals, focusing on efficiently scheduling inbound appointments rather than cold outreach. (No cold-calling!)
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service & communication throughout the client journey, from initial contact to project completion, ensuring satisfaction with the process and final outcomes.
- Revenue Generation: Assist in revenue generation by maximizing our scheduled leadflow, and potentially upselling additional services or products when appropriate.
- Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with accommodations and flexibility to maintain motivation and morale.
- Skill Development: Engage in ongoing skill development using leadership and internal resources, monitoring performance, and refining marketing techniques for optimal success.
