Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Solar Installer who is ready to hang up their toolbelt and join the operational side in our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role involves assisting the Solar field manager as well as our field crew with day-to-day tasks and duties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of solar installation projects.
- Coordination: Work with clients, contractors, engineers, and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Procurement: Manage the procurement of solar panels, inverters, and other necessary equipment.
- Team Leadership: Assit the filed crews, providing direction and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including obtaining necessary permits and licenses.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Project Close-out: Develop and implement a project close-out plan, including final project evaluation and lessons learned analysis.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of solar technology and renewable energy systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve problems that may arise during the project.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to solar installations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
