Job description
ROI Construction is looking for a highly motivated and reliable individual to perform solar site surveys on residential and commercial properties. As a site surveyor, your primary responsibility will be to gather information and data through on-site photo taking in order to report your findings for review and compiling.
Responsibilities:
- Take photos of the required portions of the home, roof, and property.
- Collect data and information on various site conditions including structure, roof, electrical, and obstructions.
- Report your findings accurately and in a timely manner through our CRM. Manage appointments and bookings calendar.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during the survey process.
- Address customer questions/concerns and provide a professional experience.
- Provide recommendations and insights to ROI solar team based on your findings.
Requirements:
- Experience in Solar installation/Site survey is a must.
- Able to work with small hand tools and climb a ladder.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently. This includes strong customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to travel to various job sites as needed. Company vehicle is provided.
- Valid driver's license and insurance required.
IMPORTANT: Applicants must be comfortable climbing ladders, being on roofs, and removing covers to electrical panels to take ratings. A company vehicle is provided. You will be completing between 3-4 surveys each day.

Experience:
- Solar Installation/Solar Site Survey is highly preferred but not needed. Comfortability with climbing roofs is essential.
