Project Manager - Residential Solar

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in residential solar to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of solar projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will work closely with our Operations Manager and other departments to ensure every phase of the project is completed on time, with accuracy, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project workflows using the company’s CRM system, ensuring jobs are moved efficiently through each stage.
- Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, permitting, installation) to confirm project milestones are met.
- Assist with scheduling and ensure all required project documents, permits, plans, and job photos are reviewed, collected, and uploaded to the correct repositories.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned.
- Monitor project progress and troubleshoot any issues to keep the timeline on track.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential solar project management.
- Strong understanding of the solar installation process, including permits, design plans, and CRM usage.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
