Duties
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, catering, guest services, and venue selection.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each event.
- Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed as planned.
- Promote events through effective marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Provide exceptional guest services during events to enhance attendee experience.
- Assist in fundraising efforts by identifying opportunities for sponsorships and partnerships.
- Upsell additional services or products to clients to enhance their event experience.
Skills
- Strong background in Event Planning with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
