POSITION SUMMARY:
Leads, coordinates, directs, and controls Human Resources functions for a Critical Access Hospital. Activities include, but are not restricted to recruitment, employment, compensation, benefits, labor, employee relations, budget planning and monitoring. Administers, oversees and coordinates all aspects of Human Resource related activities in accordance with federal and state guidelines and regulations, as directed by the CEO/Administrator and in accordance with the Health District’s policies and procedures.
