SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst that will report to the Director of Finance. The ideal candidate will have corporate FP&A, investment banking, or relevant financial analysis experience. The role will drive planning, analysis, and reporting while supporting strategic initiatives in our fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes, including 13-week cash flow forecasting
- Develop and maintain complex 3-statement financial models
- Partner with operations teams to analyze project profitability and performance metrics
- Create detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership
- Analyze KPIs, variances, and trends to provide actionable business insights
- Support M&A activities through financial due diligence and integration support
