In this role, you will be instrumental in helping us deliver high traffic, high visibility work of the highest quality.This is an opportunity to join a small, enthusiastic, and growing Design team within the larger organization. Being a growing team, we don’t have all the answers yet. We need team members to help us shape what Design is at Rokt. That means you’ll have a lot of autonomy to explore projects you’re interested in and be influential in how we work together.ResponsibilitiesBe a key stakeholder in ensuring the products we produce are of the highest qualityAsk a lot of questions. A big part of this role is asking as many people as many questions as possible to help us arrive at smart product decisionsTake rough ideas and refine them into viable, usable products and product featuresConduct and synthesize UX researchRun usability testing sessionsProduce high fidelity design mockups and prototypes in FigmaContribute to the evolution and health of our internal design systems and pattern librariesCollaborate with Engineering and Product teams to draw the roadmap for the future of our companyTo thrive in this role you should have : 7 years of experience as a product designerA strong attention to detail in all aspects of your workStrong communication skillsThe ability to articulate and champion your Design choicesAn enthusiasm for learning new things and sharing those learnings with the teamAn eagerness to be the advocate and voice of the userA healthy tolerance for uncertainty and the ability to adapt to changeThe ability to work both independently and collaborativelyA willingness to take ownership and responsibility for complex systems and outcomes. You’ll come ready to work to understand the systems to make sure your projects stay healthyAn eagerness to work and learn in the open and share your learnings with your teammatesExperience collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, including : Product Managers, Software Engineers, Senior Stakeholders, and of course, other designers.A willingness and comfort communicating remotely through chat, docs, video calls, and issuesIdeas, opinions, and the ability to share them through respectful proposals, presentations, and team-wide discussionsThe ability to handle multiple complex problems and distill them into simple, yet functional solutions.Even if you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications above, you should still consider applying.
