Key Responsibilities
- Plan and complete all necessary steps in the installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of water, gas, and drain systems
- Establish customer rapport and help them choose the right products and services for their home
- Evaluate systems for malfunctions and failures, accurately identifying areas for improvement
- Present options ranging from repair to permanent solutions, respecting customers' needs and preferences

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Hold and maintain a Minnesota Journeyman License
- Hold or be working toward obtaining Minneapolis/St. Paul Competency Cards
