## Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

## Responsibilities
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordinate transportation management activities
- Utilize Oracle Transportation Management software effectively
- Assist customers with freight-related questions and concerns
- Maintain professionalism and excellent phone etiquette at all times
- Utilize GPS systems to track shipments and provide accurate information
- Type accurately and efficiently to document customer interactions
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize customer service processes
- Assist in dispatching tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

## Qualifications.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with transportation management systems, such as Oracle Transportation Management, is a plus
- Knowledge of freight operations and logistics is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle various customer personalities
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze information and provide effective solutions promptly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
