Job Summary :
Rolar Products is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level CNC Operator to join our team on 2nd shift . This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in precision machining. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating CNC machines, inspecting parts, and ensuring products meet quality standards. No prior CNC experience is requiredtraining will be provided!
Responsibilities :
Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
Load and unload raw materials and finished parts from machines.
Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED required.
No prior CNC experience requiredwillingness to learn is essential!
Basic math and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings (preferred but not required).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Willingness to work 2nd shift and occasional overtime if needed.
