DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- inventory management and work planning for the maximum utilization and invoicing of human and equipment assets.
- Quality Control/Quality Assurance
- Customer Service
- Manages the repair and maintenance of company owned and customer equipment – at all stages -- ready to rent, returned, downed
- Manages work schedules/service calls to assure that equipment is working/maintained.
- Promote safety awareness
- Utilize technology at its highest use – Point of Rentals, Samsara, etc.
- Support departments that ensure equipment service records and invoicing is accurate and timely, work orders are created, updated, closed, and billed, warranty claims filed, etc.
- Manage the disposal of solid and hazardous material waste (batteries, used oil & filters, antifreeze, wash sludge)
- Perform other duties assigned as assigned by your supervisor.
- At least three prior years of management experience with rental equipment in the oilfield
- Aerial equipment, generators, light towers, compressors, manlifts, telehandlers, etc.
- Knowledge of inventory management and work planning for the maximum utilization and invoicing of human and equipment assets.
- Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and safety requirements.
- Customer Service Oriented
- Proficient technology skills including software applications and Microsoft Office Suite
- Quality Control/Quality Assurance
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass drug test
