Job Title : Experienced Structural Welders and Fabricators with Flux Core Welding Expertise

Location : Henderson,CO

Pay : $25-$28 / hour (DOE)

Hours :

2nd Shift : 2 : 30 PM – 1 : 00 AM, Monday-Thursday
Overtime availability required

We are seeking experienced Structural Welders and Fabricators with expertise in flux core welding using 0.35 , 0.45 , and 1 / 16th wire to join our growing team. Position & Responsibilities :

Flux Core Welding : Perform flux core welding using 0.35 , 0.45 , and 1 / 16th wire to weld and fabricate structural components.

Operate production machinery efficiently and safely.

Shop cut , fit , weld , and assemble fabricated products, ensuring high-quality results.

Ability to read drawings and weld symbols accurately to meet project specifications.

Layout and fabrication of stairs, rails, beams , columns , and other metal components in structural applications.

Inspect and document compliance of welded products to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Handle materials safely and ensure proper storage and management of supplies.

Prior structural fabrication experience is preferred; rail fitting experience is a plus!

Qualifications :

3 years of experience in structural welding and flux core welding – MUST HAVE .

Expertise in using 0.35 , 0.45 , and 1 / 16th wire for flux core welding in various structural applications.

Working knowledge of the capacities of equipment used in structural fabrication and welding.

Ability to accurately maintain time records and meet production targets.

Work collaboratively with other fabricators and laborers to improve skills and ensure efficient production.

Maintain and care for welding and fabrication equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Coordinate with shop foreman to meet production goals and deadlines.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening .
