Job description:

We are Roll Em Up Taquitos, a rapidly growing taquito-centric fast casual restaurant. Our menu isn’t small, it’s focused! We offer taquitos that are hand rolled daily and pan fried to order.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as crew members who have the potential to become Shift Leads. As a crew member of our family, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. The type of crew member we want must be able to connect with our customers in a caring way, maintain a positive vibe and engage in a productive working environment.

Responsibilities:

· Greeting customers upon entry

· Operate the cash register and POS system

· Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

· Assist with culinary tasks such as food preparation and cooking

· Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns

· Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout

· Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean and organized dining area

· Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs

· Related tasks as needed

Requirements:

· Great customer relations required

· Experience in the restaurant industry

· Cash handling experience is preferred

· Food handler's permit is preferred but not required

· Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure cleanliness and food safety

· Positive attitude is a must

· Drive through experience preferred

· And of course, willingness to learn!
