Position: Customer Service Representative
Roll & Hill is seeking a resourceful and solution-oriented individual to be a part of our customer service team. As a member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for post-sale service, and becoming a product advocate and expert. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an understanding of the needs of the luxury goods consumer, resolving after-sale issues as the liaison between the customer, sales and our production team.
Responsibilities include:
- Broad and complete knowledge of all products
- Work closely with each department to resolve customer questions and issues
- Data entry and processing of purchase orders
- Prepare estimates and answer pricing or product inquiries
- Order management, maintaining contact throughout the supply chain, including shipping and after-sales, and providing customers updates on their orders
- Assist and execution of all strategic growth
Requirements:
- Experience working with customer accounts
- Experience in the design or lighting industry is preferred
- Experience with customer service in a manufacturing setting
The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills, and 1 - 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the design or home furnishings industries. A background in luxury retail or wholesale is highly desirable.

This position is based at our office/factory in Byron Center, MI and reports to the Customer Service Manager. Normal work schedule Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.
