Job Summary :
Apex is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to generate new business, develop strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth within our target markets. This role requires a motivated sales professional who excels in consultative selling, negotiation, and business development. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales and a results-driven mindset to identify opportunities, close deals, and support long-term customer satisfaction. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients.
- Conduct site assessments and provide tailored waste management solutions to meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and sales forecasts to management.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Additional duties include identifying prospective customers and building new business pipelines, cold calls and large format presentations, exceptional follow-up skills that lead to closed-won sales.
Qualifications & Experience :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience in sales may be considered in lieu of a degree.
