Job Summary :
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve service issues, and provide expert guidance with a friendly and professional attitude. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and delivering top-tier service to residents, businesses, and municipalities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person promptly and professionally.
- Assist with new service setups, account inquiries, billing questions, and service changes.
- Process billing inquiries and payments.
- Ensure all customer service activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Handle customer complaints and work to find effective solutions.
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to resolve service issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our system.
- Provide a positive and helpful customer experience at all times
- Identify trends and common issues to suggest improvements to services and processes.
