Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Advisor to join our Human Resources team. The Talent Advisor will act as a trusted partner to business leaders and hiring managers, providing expertise in talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and employer branding. This role requires a deep understanding of the organization's needs and the ability to align talent solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition :

Partner with hiring managers to understand business goals, workforce needs, and role-specific requirements.

  • Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarking, and candidate availability.
  • Advisory and Partnership :
  • Act as a consultant to business leaders, guiding them on best practices in talent acquisition, diversity hiring, and succession planning.

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to anticipate and address hiring needs proactively.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s culture and values.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment :
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding in collaboration with HR partners.
  • Talent Strategy and Workforce Planning :
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify future talent needs and develop proactive sourcing pipelines.

  • Leverage data and analytics to provide actionable insights into hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and diversity metrics.
  • Employer Branding :
  • Drive initiatives to strengthen the employer brand and position the organization as a top employer in the market.

  • Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
  • Process Improvement and Compliance :
  • Continuously refine recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technology to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in employment law.
  • Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience : Three-five years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR advisory roles, with a focus on strategic hiring.
  • Skills :
  • Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret hiring data and metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency : Experience with ATS platforms, HRIS systems, and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar).
