Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Advisor to join our Human Resources team. The Talent Advisor will act as a trusted partner to business leaders and hiring managers, providing expertise in talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and employer branding. This role requires a deep understanding of the organization's needs and the ability to align talent solutions with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Talent Acquisition :
Partner with hiring managers to understand business goals, workforce needs, and role-specific requirements.
Act as a consultant to business leaders, guiding them on best practices in talent acquisition, diversity hiring, and succession planning.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Collaborate with leadership to identify future talent needs and develop proactive sourcing pipelines.
Drive initiatives to strengthen the employer brand and position the organization as a top employer in the market.
Continuously refine recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
