Job Summary :
Apex Waste Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales with a strong focus on sales strategy to join our leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer retention. You will lead and inspire a high-performing sales team while collaborating closely with other departments to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy Development :
Lead the creation and execution of sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals.
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities.
Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing key insights to senior leadership.
Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall marketing campaigns, product offerings, and customer retention efforts.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Identify and explore new business opportunities, including potential markets, industries, and geographies for expansion.
