Plant Manager

The Greenville, SC Plant Manager will have accountability for all plant operations with overall responsibilities overseeing the Company’s production activities, quality, safety/health/environmental, facilities, and financials. The Plant Manager is expected to collaborate with the management Teams at the Company and sister facility to create budgets and develop and execute business plans.

· Responsible for achieving corporate goals and expectations in terms of profit objectives, cost control, environmental/health/safety objectives, manufacturing efficiencies and quality improvements.

· Responsible for analyzing and managing all costs associated with the manufacture of the Company’s products and services.

· Responsible for leading and directing the Company’s organizational culture towards a more customer-focused

· Responsible for developing and implementing short and long-term manufacturing plans for the Company.

· Responsible for recognizing the requirements of each job reporting to this position and providing the proper training and development necessary, ensuring each person is performing to Company’s expectations.

· Responsible for providing complete and accurate reporting on all aspects of Company’s operations to senior management.

· Responsible to grow business by developing the Company’s management team and through collaboration with Company’s Sales Team.

· Ensure a safe and secure work environment.

· Responsible for meeting customer’s commercial, production, quality and delivery expectations.

· Performs other duties assigned by management.

· A minimum of 15 years of progressive manufacturing experience, preferably in a chrome plating or machining operation environment.

· Must be a strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to formulate and execute plans.

· Must possess strong financial and analytical skills, be computer literate with a solid understanding of manufacturing and quality metrics.

· Must be a leader with a high energy level who has the ability to inspire others.

· Must be a hands-on manager who can lead by example.

· Must possess and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Must be adept at building internal and external relationships.

· Should have worked in a privately held company.

· Should have the capacity to assist with engineering design.

· Must be intelligent, open-minded and highly ethical.

: Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business or in a technically related field.

: Compensation will be based on the experience and qualifications and be competitive with similar industry positions at the Plant Manager level. Includes base salary plus performance bonus and a full set of employee benefits including profit sharing, 401K, health and dental coverage.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
