What We Offer
- Weekly Pay
- Starting Salary: $16.50 - $17 per hour with 90-day performance review ($17.25-$19.25 with weekly bonus attached - see next bullet).
- $50/week gas bonus, just for working your shift (this is subject to change) - If you work 40 hours per week, that adds $1.25/hour to your paycheck.
- A four-day work week (some OT may be scheduled)

Available Schedules
Monday – Thursday, 5A-3:30P with Overtime, as needed
Responsibilities
- Above all, you must be mechanically inclined as you will be troubleshooting machine errors.
- You may be moving heavy parts during your daily work and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance and push up to 300 pounds.
- Must follow all safety protocols, company policies, and standard processes and procedures.
- In a safe manner, operates manufacturing machinery, conducting intermittent quality checks to ensure the parts meet the customer specifications.
- Troubleshoot and make adjustments to roll forming machinery.
- Set up after changeovers - following set up plan arrange rolls in correct sequence, adjust dies, lubing, etc.
- Fits and assembles parts to make or repair metal parts, mechanisms, tools, or machines
- Plans and executes assignments using a host of hand tools.
- Must have experience and understand how to use micrometers and calipers to check accuracy of work.
- Correctly completes all required paperwork.
- Flexibility required: May move machines or departments - Must be a team-oriented person willing to do what it takes to help reach goals.
Qualifications
- Proficient use of hand and power tools
- Experience using and understanding of calipers and micrometers
- Experience running manufacturing machinery (i.e. Roll Mill, Press Machine, etc.)
- Experience setting up manufacturing machinery is helpful
- Excellent trouble-shooting capabilities
- Experience must speak to the responsibilities of this position
Position Requirements
- Must be able to meet attendance standards
- Able to perform physical tasks of job such as lifting (up to 50lbs), bending, walking, standing, stooping, pushing, pulling as required to perform tasks
- Eyesight appropriate for assigned task
Physical Abilities and Requirements
- Visual and Hearing: Must be able to see with corrective eye wear, must be able to hear clearly with assistance, wearing hearing protection.
- Lifting-must be able to lift 0-50 lbs and/or greater than 50 lbs with assistance, push up to 300 lbs
- Standing, walking and running; repetitive movement; bending or twisting; exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable; exposure to contaminants and hazardous equipment; exposure to minor burns, cuts, bites, or stings; meeting strict deadlines; responsibility for the health and safety of others; and, wearing of protective or safety equipment.
- Must be able to pass basic Reading and Math Test, if required.
- Must be able to meet attendance standards.
- Good attention to detail.
