Overview:
The Collaborations, Partnership and Special Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing meeting schedules, calendars, and tasks in relation to any collaborations or partnerships. You will report into our Senior Director, Collaborations, Licensing & Special Projects.
Who you Are:
We are seeking an innovative, creative, collabs obsessed team member to join our team. You are passionate about the Roller Rabbit brand and want to support activations that drive brand awareness that lead to growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems, works effectively with cross-functional counterparts and thrives in a fast-paced setting that is constantly evolving. You have the ability to manage multiple deadlines and are an effective communicator.
Responsibilities:
- Preform various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and preparing any meeting materials.
- Track all projects ensuring we are meetings deadlines.
- Maintain a deep understanding current initiatives.
- Collaborate with internally with Marketing, Design, Production and Merchandising.
- Support event set up.
- Identify and research prospective partnership and activations opportunities and provide recommendations.
Key Skills:
- Ideally 2 years of experience within marketing, wholesale, events at a fashion company.
- Prior understanding of past activations including but not limited to, LoveShackFancy, by robynblair, Pottery Barn Teen and Pottery Barn Kids, Stony Clover Lane etc.
- Strong organization skills and attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Coordination/ calendar-management experience in fast-paced environment
- Passion for meeting and solving challenges, solution-based thinking
- Timely ability to manage multiple projects, simultaneously, under tight deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and last-minute shifts
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills for deadline-driven projects in fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
