We are looking for an experienced CPA/Finance manager that will be responsible for the accounting activities of the organization. This position will oversee all financial reporting, operating budgets, collect and analyze data, monitor company's budget trends and variances, routine bookkeeping.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP and relevant accounting standards.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, providing insights for management decision-making.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for efficient financial management and reporting.
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial concepts
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks
- Experience with double entry bookkeeping and financial statement preparation
- Knowledge of tax regulations and accounts payable/receivable processes
- Ability to interpret and write financial reports effectively

Pay: $72,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
