About the Role
The Solution Engineer is responsible for developing thoughtful solutions to help our customers deliver a great guest experience. They collaborate closely with our Sales, Customer Success and Product Teams, working directly with both prospective and current customers .
What You'll Do
- Develop an extensive knowledge of the product and how it is implemented across the customer base, being the subject matter expert and conduit to customers for Product teams.
- Design and present customized solutions and demonstrations focusing on the customer and how ROLLER can increase their revenue and operational efficiency.
- Work with both existing and prospective customers to understand requirements, give advice and establish solutions which are both effective and pragmatic.
- Present solutions to customers and stakeholders, aligning technical solutions with the customer's business needs, understanding how ROLLER succeeds and the cost to value proposition. They must understand the sales process and what is required to drive successful sales outcomes.
- Liaise with Product Managers to provide feedback from customers about product requirements
- Keep abreast of market trends and the competitor landscape
