We are Rollin Smoke BBQ! The newest and best BBQ to hit the valley and we're seeking dedicated FOH & BOH staff to join our dynamic team in the BBQ industry. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and enjoy working in a friendly fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. We are expecting 1st week of Nov for grand opening (10120 w McDowell rd. Suite 160 Avondale)
FOH Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders on POS register and accurately return change
- Assist in providing recommendations to customers
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
- Communicate efficiently with FOH & BOH staff to deliver exceptional service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
BOH Responsibilities
- Keep work station sanitary at all times
- Accurately read orders and the specification's (Food Allergy, Preference)
- Accurately cook orders and communicate with FOH & BOH stations
- Keep work station stocked
- Follow health & safety regulations
- Organize equipment & supplies
- Prep assist
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work well in a team environment Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Basic understanding of culinary practices is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Maricopa County Food Handlers Card
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
