Rolling Acres Farms. INC is a Medium size farm operation in Brady, MT. We are a professional Dryland Farm operation in Central Montana. We do no Irrigation or have animals to attend to. We are 50 miles m/l from anywhere.

Looking for full-time Dry land farm help, no animals.
Mechanical ability, able to comprehend and run tractors with computer system, gps systems, drive semi and various farm equipment, able to be self motivated, work
long hours at harvest, seeding, spraying and hauling times. Sometimes down time for many days. Unpredictable hours, you will be 50 miles from anywhere, 25 miles to the closest town, work in all kinds of Montana weather. Salaried with house provided, DOE.
We are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking farm worker to join our team. A successful applicant will have experience working in the agricultural industry and a strong commitment to hard work and preserving the environment. A love of science and an ability to communicate effectively with others is a must, as is the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy performing labor-intensive work outside in all kinds of weather, is safety-conscious and detail-oriented, and has strong ability to ask questions, when you do not know the answer.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual labor.
- Seed crops.
- Harvest crops.
- Process crops for sale.
- Manage crop production costs by using data analysis.
- Use tools and heavy machinery.
- Follow safety regulations.
- Deal with inclement weather conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
