Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a knack for managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Supervise daily office activities and manage administrative staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors and managing phone systems with professionalism.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
  • Manage schedules and calendars for team members, coordinating meetings and appointments effectively.
  • Implement organizational strategies to enhance office operations and improve workflow.
  • Process weekly payroll.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • BS in Business Administration preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Quickbooks
  • 5 years experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
