Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding care to our residents.
Responsibilities and Duties
Clinic Nurse is an RN / LPN who is responsible to coordinate health services to independent residents.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Physician assistance on clinic days. Make recommendations regarding needs of residents.
- Coordinated resident clinic appointments and resident physician orders.
- Run blood pressure clinic.
- Coordinate supportive services.
- Responds to lifeline emergency calls as needed.
- Completes assessments on Independent residents prior to admission.
Qualifications and Skills
Requires valid RN/LPN license, CPR card and must pass a criminal background check, drug screen and physical.
