About the Role
This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and employees at Rolling Hills Casino. The Security Officer will be the first point of contact for guests and will provide excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and ensure their safety while on casino premises.
- Monitor guest behavior and respond to any incidents or disturbances.
- Conduct investigations and prepare reports as necessary.
- Inspect facilities for safety violations and take corrective action.
- Provide First Aid and CPR services as needed.
- Patrol the property on foot and in vehicles to maintain security.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid California Driver's license.
- A minimum of 21 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications:
Security, law enforcement, or military experience is desirable. Additional certifications such as Class B Passenger Endorsement and EMT Certification may be beneficial.
