Do you love babies? We could use your help. Rolling Hills Child care is a small but growing day care center located in Inver Grove Heights. Our classroom is mixed age. So you will be dealing with everything from bottles to the ABC's. We are looking for a lead teacher, that can also help us grow. The more experience the better, but we are also happy to train the eager. You must have strong classroom management. It would be around 10 hours a week, with lots of flexibility. We are very laid back. I hope that comes across in this short job posting. We could give you the rundown of everything that's expected of you. Rolling Hills Daycare provides a nurturing approach that takes the best of both a family childcare home and a daycare center and skillfully merges them into one dynamic learning environment. Owner, Brandee Finwall draws upon more than 18 years of teaching and childcare experience to bring out the best in every child. By utilizing the nationally recognized Creative Curriculum, we are able to incorporate developmentally appropriate lesson plans into our daily schedule. Mrs. Finwall is a mother of four, and understands the importance of building a strong foundation at home. Our program enriches the whole child by offering activities that encourage independence, and build upon each child's strengths.

Our unique program includes a wide variety of experiences waiting for your child to explore. The 1600 square foot facility offers a dedicated environment with a continuous emphasis on safety, learning and growth. An onsite chicken coop and extensive gardens teach children about sustainability through real-world experience. On occasion, we offer our clients the option to schedule a night out, while their children enjoy the familiar setting they've grown to love. Much like a daycare center, we have trained staff available to cover vacation and personal time; our facility remains open each day with the exception of major national holidays. Our focus on teaching healthy life skills is immediately evident, with access to hiking trails, a healthy, child-friendly menu and a large outside area for the children to run and play.
