Position Title: Facilities Maintenance

POSITION SUMMARY
Hills Church position of Facilities Maintenance is responsible for assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of the campus buildings and grounds. This includes the preparation of the facilities for meetings, classes, special events as well as the breakdown and clean-up from those events.
RESPONSIBILITIES BY DEPARTMENT
Facilities Maintenance
- Assists in the cleaning and maintenance of all buildings on the Hills Church campus
- Assists in the maintenance of the grounds
- Assists in the building of special projects when required
Facilities Preparation
- Assists in the preparation of the facilities for classes, meetings and special events (for example, preparations for setting up seating, tables, lighting, etc.)
- Opens/secures the facilities for events as required

- Knowledge of the materials and equipment used in general maintenance and construction work
