The Preschool Administrator will work alongside the Preschool Ministry staff team to support our weekly programming and special events.
OBJECTIVE
The Preschool Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the Preschool ministry staff with Preschool ministry programs and events. This role includes event registration and management, room reservations, and communication.The administrator will also serve as the project manager for preschool ministry events, ensuring all details are executed effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend monthly all staff meetings; attend weekly preschool staff team meetings; attend monthly one-on-one meetings with the preschool pastor.
- Create, manage, and oversee preschool ministry PCO registrations, including payments and attendee communication.
- Work with the church finance team to track and process event payments and reimbursements as needed.
- Calendar preschool ministry events, programming, and meetings including reserving spaces/rooms as needed.
- Serve as project manager for preschool ministry events, overseeing:
- Overall event timelines
- Coordination of supplies and orders
- Execution of logistics before, during, and after events
- Support the Preschool pastor in coordinating regular leader appreciation efforts, ensuring volunteers feel valued and encouraged.
- Serve as the liaison to the church’s Communications Team and/or Media Squad, ensuring preschool ministry updates are shared effectively via email, social media, and church-wide communication channels.
- Track, create, and send weekly birthday cards to preschoolers
- Manage the preschool ministry weekly SAMS order for ministry needs and leader appreciation.
- Support the preschool pastor with the preschool ministry Core Team Onboarding process

- Submit weekly preschool offering to finance team
- Events: Not required to attend Preschool ministry events with the exception of Wonder Camps and Easter Jam.
