Rolling Hills Care Center is a seeking a FULL TIME- HEAD RECEPTIONIST - MEDICAL RECORDS POSITION
Duties Include:
- Office Manager - Supervising and oversight of staff
- Answering Phones/Receiving and Checking in Visitors
- Updating Daily Census and other Reports
- Managing Electronic Medical Records/Manual Records
- Updating Resident Information for Nursing
- Keeping track of compliance for staff
- Hire, Scheduling and Training of staff as Needed
- Maintaining Long Term Resident Care Authorizations
- Assisting in the Admissions Department as Needed
Requirements:
- Ability to Supervise Others
- Computer Skills especially WORD and EXCEL
- Work in a Team Environment
- Having a Oositive Attitude
- An Effective Communicator
