Located just 30 minutes from EauClaire, WI we are honored to care for our elders and enhance the quality of their life.While Rolling Meadows is not a nursing home, we offer enhanced care in a personalized setting to those without cognitive decline and those living with memory loss, Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia. In addition, our on-site Registered Nurse is available to oversee the medical and pharmacological needs of our residents and will work with their providers to ensure all skilled medical needs are met. Ultimately our goal is to enrich the aging experience by providing opportunities for healthy and purposeful living. Immediate Caregiver/MedTech Positions for AM and PM Shifts
Are you passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors in a warm and inviting environment? Do you thrive in a dynamic and compassionate workplace?
What You'll Do:
- Provide physical and psychosocial support to residents
- Assist with daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Ensure the well-being and comfort of residents within your scope of training
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to meet the medical needs of residents
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to provide care to seniors, including those with dementia
- Positive attitude and mature behavior
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule
- Negative communicable disease and drug screen
